We have been organising, monitoring and certifying

learning experiences and exchanges for over 12 years.

Our staff is multi-lingual and our extensive network of

host companies, enterprises, public sector entities

and nonprofits serve to sponsor placements for work

experience, training and internships as well as

professional exchanges. Our relationships with

universities and vocational training institutions, as

well as with public/private partnerships for career

and business development are strong bridges between

the acquisition of skills and their practical application in

the labour market. These projects hold great prospects

for personal, vocational and professional development

of our colleagues and neighbors across Europe.

Since 2003, we have participated in the Professionals in Vocational Education and
Training (VETPRO) projects that aim to support transnational mobility of persons
responsible for vocational training and/or human resources.

Our current project  is  EYE - The E-Incubator for Young Entrepreneurs,

with a goal of facilitating learning needed by young entrepreneurs that will hone the

skills to envision, plan and execute a start-up enterprise. Instructors recruited to teach

the modules of the coursework that serve as EYE’s foundational basis will have

industry expertise and/or experience as a successful entrepreneur. EYE has as is

base trainers from Europe, and invites participation from EU countriesand those in

the Mediterranean Region.

The coursework is divided into four modules taking place over a two-year period:
CONCEPTS AND PREPARATION – these courses will be designed to lay the

foundation for a deeper understanding of entrepreneurial success.
COMMON COURSES – these courses will be designed to focus on the

specifics of a successful entrepreneurial venture.
SPECIALIZATION TRACKS – these courses will be focused on the specific

needs of entrepreneurs following specialized tracks.
LOCALIZED COURSES – These courses will focus on content with a

country-specific impact or control.

A fifth module is planned for Years 2-3 of the Project: Internship / Consulting

Project. Students will put their academic (coursework) learning into practice

with a consulting project to work with external “clients” to address a business

challenge. Clients can be another start-up or established business large or small,

a nonprofit organization, a public entity or serving as a mentor at a local high

school or community-based entrepreneurship program. Business challenges can

include developing a business plan, performing market analysis, creating a

financial forecast, developing a marketing and social media plan, etc.

Inquiries regarding interests in participation should be directed to us at

Join us in our newest project, an expansion of EYE to the

Mediterranean Region.  Read the summary here and contact
